Zsmarts operates as a service platform connecting customers with verified professionals (“Service Providers”) offering home, maintenance, and repair services such as plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, appliance repair, and related solutions. By booking or purchasing a service through our website, mobile app, or any authorized channel, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy terms:

Service-Based Nature

Zsmarts provides professional services that are performed in person and are not tangible goods that can be “returned.” Therefore, refunds or service redelivery will be considered only under specific and verifiable circumstances as detailed below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or partial credits may be issued if:

  • The booked service was not delivered as per the confirmed order.

  • The Service Provider failed to appear for the scheduled appointment.

  • The customer cancels the booking within the permitted cancellation window as per our cancellation policy.

  • The service outcome is proven unsatisfactory and validated by Zsmarts’ quality assurance team after review.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • A change of mind after service completion.

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective judgment without evidence of poor-quality service.

  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside the Service Provider’s control (e.g., unavailable parts, customer absence, or unsafe working conditions).

  • Services that were fully delivered and accepted by the customer.

Dispute and Resolution Process

Customers must report any service-related dispute or refund request within 48 hours of service completion. Our support team will investigate the issue by reviewing all relevant details, including Service Provider feedback and customer-provided evidence. Based on our findings, Zsmarts may offer a partial refund, service redo, or discount credit at our sole discretion.

Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval. The actual processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Limitation of Liability

Zsmarts acts solely as an intermediary platform between customers and independent Service Providers. Each Service Provider operates as an independent contractor. Zsmarts is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed or not performed by Service Providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all service areas are safe and accessible prior to the commencement of work.

Policy Updates

Zsmarts reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law
